Kim came to HHR for physical therapy following knee surgery. She enjoys walking and running but was unable to participate in these activities due to an injury to her knee. After a repair to her meniscus, Kim came to see our therapists to progress safely post-surgery. She had swelling, pain, decreased knee movement, difficulty walking, and poor muscle recruitment. Through consistent therapy sessions to work on proper form, progression, and safe return to walking and jogging activities, Kim has made a full return to the activities she loves! 🏃🏻‍♀️
