Brogan Parker

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Certified in Dry Needling; Specializes in McKenzie Method and Orthopedic Rehab

Brogan completed her undergraduate degree at Baylor University and then went on to graduate with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Angelo State University. She completed three clinical rotations during PT school, two in Texas and one in Tennessee for wound care, orthopedics, and poly trauma. After graduation, she worked in Louisville at a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic. Upon moving back to southern Indiana, Brogan gained experience working with an orthopedic surgeon for 3 years. Her passion is working with orthopedic patients, specifically total knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs, athletes, and low back pain patients. Her goal is to help you improve your function so you can return to what you love doing with less pain!


Brogan is married to her husband and they have 3 children.


Miranda Sermersheim

Occupational Therapist - Certified Lymphedema Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist -Certified in Dry Needling   

Miranda graduated from Indiana University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy and minor in psychology. Then, went on to graduate from Indiana State University in 2015 with a master's degree in occupational therapy. She has experience in the hospital setting (acute care, skilled care setting and inpatient rehab) working with adults recovering from stroke, injury, surgery, and other neurological impairments. However, most of Miranda’s work experience thus far has been in outpatient orthopedics working with children through adults involving orthopedic conditions of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. She has been a certified hand specialist since 2020 and uses her skills to create customized orthotics/splints. Miranda is also a lymphedema specialist!


Outside of the office, she is happily married to her husband Josh. They have two adorable little boys Nolan and Tate that keep them very busy. Miranda is also an avid sports fan and loves watching the Dallas Cowboys and her Indiana Hoosiers! Go IU!


Erin (Burch) Burns

Co-owner - Regional Director of Therapy

Speech-Language Pathologist - Certified in VitalStim

Erin graduated from Indiana State University in 2011 with her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Since graduating, Erin has worked in skilled nursing facilities, home health care, and outpatient settings, specializing in treating adults/geriatrics recovering from a stroke, injury, surgery, or other neurological impairments and children with articulation, language, fluency, dyslexia, feeding/swallowing delays, and cognitive disorders/delays. Erin is VitalStim certified to use electrical stimulation to supplement swallowing therapy. Erin is so passionate about her job and loves helping individuals of all ages improve their speech, language, fluency, cognition, and voice to enhance their quality of life.


Outside of the office, Erin is happily married to her husband, Tyler, and adores their two children, Isaac and Nora. Food is the way to her heart; sweets, strong coffee, and a good charcuterie board are among her top favorites. Erin enjoys being active and spending time outdoors and her family can usually be found camping most weekends during the spring/summer.


Taylor Cattoi
Speech-Language Pathologist

Taylor grew up in a neighboring town, Dubois. She attended Indiana State University and received her master's degree in speech-language pathology. She has experience in the school, hospital, and clinical settings with speech, language, fluency, dyslexia, feeding/swallowing, voice, and cognitive/neurological impairments. Taylor enjoys working with all ages and love helping others improve their quality of life!



Taylor lives in Celestine with her husband, their adventurous son, Leo (4), and sassy-but-sweet daughter, Layla (2). She loves to spend time with her family, going to Christian and country concerts, and enjoying sweet desserts! Taylor says she is blessed to be here at HHR, and looks forward to meeting each and every one of you!


Tyler Burns
Customer Service Manager

Tyler hails from the metropolis of West Terre Haute, IN. He is a graduate of West Vigo High School and went on to complete both undergraduate and graduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Indiana State University. He has spent the last 15 years as a Senior Instructor and Advisor for the university before joining Harvest Health & Rehab full time as the Customer Service Manager. 


After marrying the love of his life, Erin, they moved back to Loogootee to plant their roots and raise a family. They currently have two children, Isaac and Nora. 
In his free time he enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, cooking and generally being outside. He is an avid Harry Potter fan and enjoys learning new things about the world. Feel free to tell him your favorite bit of trivia! 


Melissa Dell

Patient Care Specialist

Melissa recently moved to Jasper, IN from Greensboro, NC after her husband retired from the police department. She is a graduate of Davidson County Community College where she studied emergency medical services. Prior to moving to Indiana, Melissa worked in the front office of a medical facility and found it to be her second home. She is excited to have the opportunity to meet new people in the Jasper area and help them meet their medical at Harvest Health and Rehab. Melissa loves working with her hands and doesn't mind getting a little dirty. Whether it be renovating the 1935 bungalow she bought in Jasper (that needs a LOT of work!), gardening, woodworking or quilting. She is always up to try new things. Melissa has one daughter, Emily, and she has blessed her with three grandchildren! They spend the summer with her and her husband, and they very much look forward to that every year.


Cindy McAtee

Public Relations Manager

Cindy is a native of Loogootee and after graduating high school from LHS, attended Vincennes University graduating as a Physical Therapy Assistant. While she immediately began working in therapy, she continued her education at Oakland City University to pursue a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Life ended up sending her to St. Mary of the Woods College to

complete her goal. But the funny thing about life is, it’s full of twists and turns, so she kept that degree tucked away and continued working as a physical therapist assistant for the next 22 years. A few more twists and turns and now she here at Harvest Health & Rehab working in public relations and she says she feels right at home.


Cindy is married to her husband, Michael, and they have 3 daughters, Macy, Marley and Micah, and 1 grandson, Malik. She owns a tuxedo rental business, Tux It and also runs a creative design balloon business. Outside of the office she enjoys getting away to their family cabin on West Boggs Lake to unwind a bit and visit with family and friends.
