Penny Clark

Clinic Director

Physical Therapist - Certified in Dry Needling; Specializes in Vestibular Rehab, Graston, Cupping, Total Motion Release and Primal Reflex Release Technique

Penny grew up in Jasonville, IN, but now lives in Bedford since graduating from the University of Evansville with her Master's in Physical Therapy in 2004. She studied part of her undergrad at Indiana State University before transferring to graduate school at the University of Evansville. Penny has been recognized in the community for Women in Business, Speaking Engagements on Domestic Violence, advocate and speaker for Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services (as a breast cancer survivor herself), and crowned queen at the 2022 LCCPS Gala Fundraiser. She has nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of settings but has primarily been in outpatient therapy. Penny is certified in Integrative Dry Needling, TMR, PRRT, Graston/IASTM, vestibular, and has several continuing education hours in lymphedema, orthopedics, and various injury rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices. Penny looks forward to growing with our clinic as we provide quality care while maintaining client-centered treatment to meet individual goals. She loves this community and wants to help provide the best care locally.

Penny is a mother to four children who attend or have attended St. Vincent de Paul School and BNL. She strives to raise her children to know God, love others, and work hard by setting that example in her own life. While passionate about her career, she also enjoys spending time with her kids, vacationing to explore new things, watching musicals and documentaries, and creating new family traditions. 

Kyle Sterwerf

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Certified in Ultrasound Led Dry Needling; Specializes in Cupping and Graston

Kyle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He is originally from Cincinnati, OH and completed his undergraduate at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati for Athletic Training. He then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. He enjoys working with all age groups and specializes in amputees, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal injuries. He believes that motion is important in life and everyone needs movement no matter the type. Kyle currently lives in Bedford, IN. In his free time, he enjoys playing disc golf, spending time outdoors, and spending time with his friends and family.

Courtney Kotecki

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist - Certified in Dry Needling

Courtney was raised in Mitchell where she graduated in 2013. Then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from University of Indianapolis in 2017. From there, she graduated to earn a doctorate in physical therapy from Duke University in 2020. While attending Duke, she was able to do a lot of traveling during her clinical rotations, with her favorite being Colorado. Following graduation, she worked in an outpatient clinic at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center where she got to see a wide variety of conditions. While at the VA, Courtney completed training to specialize in pelvic floor therapy and became certified in dry needling. She is passionate about her specialty training to provide these much-needed services to individuals of all ages and different walks of life.


Outside of the office Courtney is happily married to her husband, Zach. They have a fur child who truly is their “baby.” He is a silver Labrador retriever whose name is Brodie. Together they love being outdoors and are usually camping on the weekends or doing any number of outdoor activities. They decided the city life was not for them, so they decided it was time to settle in a small town. They are excited to currently reside in Mitchell.


Hapeesh Rajpal
Physical Therapist, OCS
Hapeesh graduated from Physical Therapy school in India in 2002 and moved to the USA in 2009 to pursue his passion for excellence in physical therapy. He has been working in outpatient therapy for the last 19 years and loves to use manual therapy skills on low back pain, neck pain, arthritis, sciatica, adhesive capsulitis patients and enjoys working with joint replacement clients. Hapeesh’s passion and caring nature for his patients is what makes him an outstanding therapist.

Hapeesh and his wife, Sheel, are blessed to have a daughter, Mehar, and a son, Virat. In his leisure time, Hapeesh enjoys spending quality time with family, cooking, traveling, and exploring new places. He also enjoys playing cricket, badminton, and running. Hapeesh has been taking guitar lessons as well to explore his interest in music.

Kaylee Hanson

Physical Therapy Assistant - Specializes in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Kaylee is from Bloomington, IN. She attended the University of Evansville, where she received a bachelor's degree in athletic training and associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. She has experience in various backgrounds such as athletics, acute care, and skilled nursing prior to joining our team. She is now exploring further education in pelvic health.


Kaylee currently lives in Salem, IN with her husband, Justin. In her free time, Kaylee is outside tending to her chickens or garden. In the winter months, she enjoys football and knitting. Kaylee is an outgoing therapist ready to get to know you better. She can't wait to join you on your rehabilitation journey. 


Kelly Myers
Physical Therapy Assistant
A Lawrence County native, Kelly grew up in the Oolitic area and graduated from Vincennes University with an associates degree in Physical Therapist Assisting in 1991. Since graduating, Kelly has worked in home health, long-term care, acute care, and outpatient environments. The majority of her 31 years of experience has been in the outpatient setting with a large variety of conditions including work injuries, joint surgeries, orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions, balance and deconditioning problems, and neck and back pains. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, but after taking care of her father and mother-in-law during their final months of life, she has developed a special place in her heart for working with the older generation and has compassion for the stress that they experience as they begin to lose the abilities they have had through life.

Kelly lives in the Bedford, IN area with her husband, Billy, and their children, Eric, Kaylee, and Austin. She enjoys spending her free time with her children, camping, gardening, canning, and being outdoors.

Tierney Harkness

Physical Therapy Assistant

Tierney graduated with general studies associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College in Bloomington in 2018, then from Ivy Tech Community College in Sellersburg in 2022 with an associate degree in physical therapy. She says she is happy to have a career in her hometown of Bedford and loves being a part of the Harvest Health and

Rehab team.


Tierney enjoys spending time with her twin sister and boyfriend who is also a twin! In her free time, she loves to pester her cat, Stormi. Tierney also enjoys drawing, painting, dancing, and listening to music. She is a Harry Potter fan and enjoys watching all the movies.


Madeline Cropp

Physical Therapy Assistant

Madeline grew up in Loogootee, graduated from Loogootee High School and went on to pursue an associate degree in physical therapy at Vincennes University. Although her first job as a PTA was in an assisted living facility, she finds the pace and patient diversity here at Harvest Health and Rehab suits her better!


Away from work, Madeline enjoys keeping active in a variety of ways including

paddle-boarding or snowboarding depending on the season, weightlifting, and taking her sweet great Dane, named Princess Leia, on walks. As you might have guessed, Madeline is a Star Wars fan and on lazy days she loves a good comedy or horror flick and sometimes even getting lost in a good book.


Katie Mork

Occupational Therapist - Specializes in Emotional Regulation

Katie graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2016 with a degree in

community health and graduated from IUPUI with a master’s in occupational therapy in 2019. She spent 4 years working for a hospital in central Ohio where she gained experience in acute care, outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults, and inpatient rehab. Katie says she is excited to be back in Indiana and continue her career at Harvest Health and Rehab! She enjoys working with patients of all ages to achieve their therapy goals and loves finding ways to create treatments tailored to each individual's needs.


Katie lives in Bedford with her husband and son. They love to travel, hike, and cook together with their friends and family.


Erin (Burch) Burns

Co-owner - Regional Director of Therapy

Speech-Language Pathologist - Certified in VitalStim

Erin graduated from Indiana State University in 2011 with her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Since graduating, Erin has worked in skilled nursing facilities, home health care, and outpatient settings, specializing in treating adults/geriatrics recovering from a stroke, injury, surgery, or other neurological impairments and children with articulation, language, fluency, dyslexia, feeding/swallowing delays, and cognitive disorders/delays. Erin is VitalStim certified to use electrical stimulation to supplement swallowing therapy. Erin is so passionate about her job and loves helping individuals of all ages improve their speech, language, fluency, cognition, and voice to enhance their quality of life.


Outside of the office, Erin is happily married to her husband, Tyler, and adores their two children, Isaac and Nora. Food is the way to her heart; sweets, strong coffee, and a good charcuterie board are among her top favorites. Erin enjoys being active and spending time outdoors and her family can usually be found camping most weekends during the spring/summer.


Holly Hemmerlein

Speech-Language Pathologist

Holly has been a speech language pathologist for 12 years, specializing in early

intervention. She graduated from Ball State University with both her bachelor's and master's in 2011.


Holly grew up in a small town and moved here about 11 years ago. She is

convinced southern Indiana is one of the most beautiful places in the country. Holly has two beautiful daughters, Harper and Charlee. They live on a quiet little farm made up of chickens, rabbits, dogs, and cats. In her free time, she loves camping in her 1970 Mallard Duckling camper she restored a few years ago. She is a Taylor Swift fanatic and was in the top .05% of her Spotify listeners in 2023. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, gardening, sewing, reading, and spending as much time as possible with her girls and family.


Cora Miller

Speech-Language Pathologist

Cora grew up in the small town of Campbellsburg, IN and attended Ball State University where she received her master's degree in speech-language pathology in the summer of 2023. She completed the medical externship at Harvest Health & Rehab in Loogootee and enjoys working with and really getting to know her patients and their families. She loves using her skills with all ages!


Cora is married to her husband, and high school sweetheart, Cameron. She enjoys playing with their dog, Rogan, spending time with family, going to the movies, playing and watching sports, camping, and reading books.


Tyler Burns
Customer Service Manager

Tyler hails from the metropolis of West Terre Haute, IN. He is a graduate of West Vigo High School and went on to complete both undergraduate and graduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Indiana State University. He has spent the last 15 years as a Senior Instructor and Advisor for the university before joining Harvest Health & Rehab full time as the Customer Service Manager. 


After marrying the love of his life, Erin, they moved back to Loogootee to plant their roots and raise a family. They currently have two children, Isaac and Nora. 
In his free time he enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, cooking and generally being outside. He is an avid Harry Potter fan and enjoys learning new things about the world. Feel free to tell him your favorite bit of trivia! 


Hannah Toosevich

Patient Care Specialist

Hannah grew up in Valparaiso, IN where she graduated from Valparaiso High School in 2020. After high school, she took a year and worked as a server at a local tearoom as well as a nanny to two little girls.


Hannah now lives in Bloomington where she studied Spanish at Indiana University. After deciding on a different path, she joined our team and is passionate about making your experience the absolute best during your visits to HHR!


Outside of work, Hannah enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with friends and family in Valparaiso, and attending concerts whenever she can.


Armonda Charon

Patient Care Specialist

Armonda had a background in the educational systems before a career change with dementia care and then joined Harvest Health and Rehab.


Armonda is the proud Momma of 4 beautiful babies, aged 17, 14, 11 and 1. She enjoys the outdoors and spending as much time as she can in the sun or star gazing. Armonda hopes to one day own enough land to have her own cows! Her favorite book is, “Small Steps” and favorite movie is “Gone with the Wind.” Armonda is a born Cuban, Texas raised, and Jesus Saved! Her guilty pleasure is enjoying extremely hot/spicy things, survival shows & all sorts of documentaries.


Cindy McAtee

Public Relations Manager

Cindy is a native of Loogootee and after graduating high school from LHS, attended Vincennes University graduating as a Physical Therapy Assistant. While she immediately began working in therapy, she continued her education at Oakland City University to pursue a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Life ended up sending her to St. Mary of the Woods College to

complete her goal. But the funny thing about life is, it’s full of twists and turns, so she kept that degree tucked away and continued working as a physical therapist assistant for the next 22 years. A few more twists and turns and now she here at Harvest Health & Rehab working in public relations and she says she feels right at home.


Cindy is married to her husband, Michael, and they have 3 daughters, Macy, Marley and Micah, and 1 grandson, Malik. She owns a tuxedo rental business, Tux It and also runs a creative design balloon business. Outside of the office she enjoys getting away to their family cabin on West Boggs Lake to unwind a bit and visit with family and friends.
