Physical Therapy Assistant

Alisa was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, while her father was serving in the U.S. Army. She eventually settled in Indiana, where she graduated from Kokomo High School. After high school, she attended Ivy Tech Community College in Muncie, where she discovered her passion for physical therapy and graduated in 2015.Alisa has experience working in pediatrics, home health, and outpatient therapy. She is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life and enjoys encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Her favorite part of being a Physical Therapist Assistant is celebrating every milestone—big or small—and watching patients achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

Outside of work, Alisa enjoys staying active, exercising, spending time outdoors, and cheering on her favorite sports. She is the proud mom of two children and a Pomsky (a Pomeranian/Husky mix) who keeps life fun and entertaining. Spending quality time with family is one of her greatest joys.Alisa joined Harvest Health & Rehab because she values the family-oriented culture and the opportunity to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with her patients while making a positive impact in their lives.
