Physical Therapy Assistant

Blake grew up in Olney, Illinois, and now calls Odon, Indiana, home. She earned her Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Kaskaskia College in Centralia, Illinois, where she also played volleyball.

Blake has spent her entire career working in an outpatient physical therapy setting, where she especially enjoys helping patients reach their goals and return to the lifestyle that is meaningful to them.

She joined Harvest Health & Rehab because of the clinic’s commitment to high-quality patient care and a strong team environment. She appreciates being part of a team that works together to support patients throughout their therapy journey.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching sports, and enjoying a good movie.

Blake is passionate about helping patients make progress, achieve their goals, and get back to doing the things they love.
