Doctor of Physical Therapy

Frank “Butch," is originally from West Lafayette, Indiana, where he graduated from William Henry Harrison High School in 2018. He went on to attend Purdue University, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2022, before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Hanover College in 2025.

Throughout his experience in healthcare, Butch has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as a physical therapy aide, mobility specialist, and rehabilitation technician. He now focuses on outpatient physical therapy, with special interests in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. He is also passionate about neurological rehabilitation, particularly helping individuals recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injuries.

Butch enjoys building relationships with patients and their families and believes one of the most rewarding parts of being a physical therapist is making a meaningful difference in someone's quality of life. He is passionate about helping people feel heard, ensuring their needs are addressed, and guiding them back to the activities they enjoy and cherish.

He was drawn to Harvest Health & Rehab because of the people and the organization's emphasis on transparency, shared values, and making a positive impact on healthcare throughout the region.

Outside of work, Butch has been married for two years and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two cats. He loves taking on projects together, working on engines and electronics, fishing, hiking, and gardening. He's also always up for trying something new! One fun fact about Butch: he once scored a touchdown in a Big Ten stadium during a regulation game!
