Doctor of Physical Therapy; MDT Lumbar Certified, Certified in Dry Needling
Harnoor was raised in Indianapolis, IN, and graduated from Franklin Central High School in 2019. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree in human biology in 2022, followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy from UIndy in 2025. Harnoor is also MDT lumbar certified.
Harnoor has gained valuable experience in sports medicine, oncology, and orthopedic rehabilitation. His passion for physical therapy is deeply personal. After 15 years as a cross country and track athlete, and navigating his own injuries, he developed a strong desire to help others overcome physical challenges. Fun fact, throughout college, he competed in track and cross country while simultaneously completing his doctorate. This firsthand experience drives his commitment to guiding athletes and active individuals through recovery and back to doing what they love most.
Harnoor is particularly passionate about sports rehab, performance, and post-operative sports recovery. His motivation to provide excellent care stems from understanding how frustrating and challenging it can be to face physical limitations, and he’s dedicated to helping his patients navigate those tough spots with compassion and expertise.
Harnoor now resides in Bloomington with his puppy, Melo. Outside of work, he maintains an active lifestyle through working out and running. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family. The vision, culture and team is what drew him to Harvest Health & Rehab and he is proud to play a role in helping patients achieve their goals and make meaningful progress in their healthcare journeys.
