Kelsey is originally from the Bedford area and graduated from Bedford North Lawrence High School. After spending nine years living and working in Oregon and Washington, she recently returned to Southern Indiana and now lives in Mitchell. Kelsey earned two associate degrees in Electronic and Emerging Media from Vincennes University and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from WGU. She brings five years of HR experience, with a background in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and supporting both employees and leadership. Kelsey enjoys helping people and organizations work better together and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience while building processes that support organizational growth.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys cooking, paddle boarding, crocheting, video games, traveling, and catching up on her favorite TV shows. A fun fact about Kelsey: she and her fiancé built out a van and lived in it while traveling and exploring for a year and a half! She joined Harvest Health & Rehab because she wanted to use her HR experience in an organization with a meaningful impact on the community and is excited to support the Harvest team as it continues to grow.
