Doctor of Physical Therapy Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist - Certified in Dry Needling

Peggy was raised in Hong Kong and went on to earn her bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Manitoba and her master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. She later earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2019. Peggy became a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy in 2023 and a fellow in manual orthopaedic physical therapy in 2025. She is also certified in dry needling.

With most of her clinical experience in outpatient orthopaedic care, Peggy has worked with patients of all ages, with a special interest in spinal disorders and chronic pain. She is passionate about helping patients restore their function, improve their quality of life, and continue doing the things they love. After many years in the profession, Peggy still has the same passion for helping people that inspired her from the beginning.Peggy was drawn to Harvest by its culture of seeing one patient at a time. She believes giving each patient undivided attention allows for a more personalized experience and the best possible outcomes.

Outside of the clinic, Peggy enjoys traveling and spending time visiting her family. She looks forward to bringing her experience, passion, and patient-centered approach to the Harvest Health and Rehab team.
