Patient Care Coordinator

Ashlin Young grew up in southern Indiana, originally from Princeton, before moving to Monroe City, at age 13. She graduated from Penn Foster in 2026 and brings a diverse healthcare background to her role as a Patient Care Coordinator at Harvest Health and Rehab.

Ashlin has experience working in several areas of healthcare, including nursing homes as a Certified Nursing Assistant, family medicine as a Medical Office Assistant, urgent care as a Medical Office Assistant and Certified Medical Assistant, and behavioral health as a Behavioral Health Technician. Her variety of experiences has given her a unique perspective on patient care and a passion for helping people navigate their healthcare needs.

Ashlin especially enjoys interacting with patients and learning about the different professions within healthcare. She is passionate about the medical office and front-desk side of patient care and loves being able to help patients receive the care they need while making sure their appointments fit their schedules. Ashlin was drawn to Harvest Health and Rehab because of the opportunity to grow in a new area of healthcare while being part of a team that makes a difference in patients’ lives.

Outside of work, Ashlin enjoys spending time with her family and animals. She is in a long-term relationship and has one stepson, two dogs, Grizzly and Turbo, and an orange cat named Cheddar. She enjoys fishing, gardening, hunting, camping, watching Scrapper Races and derbies, and working on craft projects. A fun fact about Ashlin is that she previously participated in dance and quad racing!
