Emma is a high school senior who came to HHR for physical therapy. She had a prior knee surgery that she hadn't fully recovered from and wanted to condition her knee to return to sports. Emma had a much weaker leg than she had realized, so our therapists worked on a safe progression from closed chain exercises to plyometrics over several weeks this summer. 🦵

Emma made great progress and worked hard in every session to gain strength and stability in her knee. She was able to pig wrestle at the 4H fair and return to soccer conditioning without pain or injuries! HHR wishes you a fantastic senior year, Emma! 🎓
