Erin (Burch) Burns

Co-owner - Regional Director of Therapy - Clinic Director

Speech-Language Pathologist - Certified in VitalStim

Erin graduated from Indiana State University in 2011 with her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Since graduating, Erin has worked in skilled nursing facilities, home health care, and outpatient settings, specializing in treating adults/geriatrics recovering from a stroke, injury, surgery, or other neurological impairments and children with articulation, language, fluency, dyslexia, feeding/swallowing delays, and cognitive disorders/delays. Erin is VitalStim certified to use electrical stimulation to supplement swallowing therapy. Erin is so passionate about her job and loves helping individuals of all ages improve their speech, language, fluency, cognition, and voice to enhance their quality of life.


Outside of the office, Erin is happily married to her husband, Tyler, and adores their two children, Isaac and Nora. Food is the way to her heart; sweets, strong coffee, and a good charcuterie board are among her top favorites. Erin enjoys being active and spending time outdoors and her family can usually be found camping most weekends during the spring/summer.


Cindy McAtee

Public Relations Manager

Cindy is a native of Loogootee and after graduating high school from LHS, attended Vincennes University graduating as a Physical Therapy Assistant. While she immediately began working in therapy, she continued her education at Oakland City University to pursue a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Life ended up sending her to St. Mary of the Woods College to

complete her goal. But the funny thing about life is, it’s full of twists and turns, so she kept that degree tucked away and continued working as a physical therapist assistant for the next 22 years. A few more twists and turns and now she here at Harvest Health & Rehab working in public relations and she says she feels right at home.


Cindy is married to her husband, Michael, and they have 3 daughters, Macy, Marley and Micah, and 1 grandson, Malik. She owns a tuxedo rental business, Tux It and also runs a creative design balloon business. Outside of the office she enjoys getting away to their family cabin on West Boggs Lake to unwind a bit and visit with family and friends.


Adam Hooten

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Certified in Dry Needling

Adam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He has been a physical therapist for eight years now and currently five plus years here at Harvest Health & Rehab. He is also a certified dry needling therapist. Adam graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors degree and received his doctorate from Bellarmine University.



Adam is married to his high school sweetheart, Whitney. He was born in Washington, IN, but moved to Newburgh, IN nearly four years ago after his wife got a new job. They have a three year old son named Avery and a one year old girl named Adley. When Adam is not working, he enjoys going to country music concerts, watching sporting events, and enjoying a pour of bourbon with friends. His favorite teams are the Indiana Hoosiers and Indianapolis Colts.


Courtney Kotecki

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist - Certified in Dry Needling

Courtney was raised in Mitchell where she graduated in 2013. Then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from University of Indianapolis in 2017. From there, she graduated to earn a doctorate in physical therapy from Duke University in 2020. While attending Duke, she was able to do a lot of traveling during her clinical rotations, with her favorite being Colorado. Following graduation, she worked in an outpatient clinic at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center where she got to see a wide variety of conditions. While at the VA, Courtney completed training to specialize in pelvic floor therapy and became certified in dry needling. She is passionate about her specialty training to provide these much-needed services to individuals of all ages and different walks of life.


Outside of the office Courtney is happily married to her husband, Zach. They have a fur child who truly is their “baby.” He is a silver Labrador retriever whose name is Brodie. Together they love being outdoors and are usually camping on the weekends or doing any number of outdoor activities. They decided the city life was not for them, so they decided it was time to settle in a small town. They are excited to currently reside in Mitchell.


Autumn Acosta

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Certified in Dry Needling

Autumn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with experience working in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, pediatrics, and outpatient physical therapy. She is a graduate of the University of Evansville. Autumn has been married for five years to her husband Eddie. They live with a sassy, two year old daughter, Madelyn who is their pride and joy. Autumn enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family. She is a big kid at heart and is known in the family for playing with all of the nieces and nephews.


Rebecca Hilderbrand

Physical Therapy Assistant - Licensed Massage Therapist -  Specializes in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Cupping, and Myofascial Release

A Martin County native, Rebecca is a Physical Therapist Assistant as well as a Massage Therapist who is especially thankful for the opportunity to serve her community. She loves to set up unique exercises and treatments that cater to you and your functional goals. Rebecca has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, home-health, and long-term care, but her passion is outpatient therapy. She enjoys treating a variety of ages, diagnosis, etc. and ultimately loves a good challenge.

Rebecca is a Loogootee graduate, but now resides in Shoals, IN with her high school sweetheart, Tyson, their two daughters, Hunter and Zayda, and their son, Xavier. She has a very competitive spirit and enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, working in her garden, reading, and playing games with her family and friends. Rebecca looks forward to meeting and helping you achieve your personal goals!

Laura (Wagler) Graber

Physical Therapy Assistant - Specializes in Cupping

Laura grew up on the outskirts of Loogootee, IN. She graduated from Barr-Reeve in 2008 as Salutatorian of her class. She attended Vincennes University and graduated with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. Laura has experience in all ages from pediatric to adult in the outpatient, long-term care, and acute care settings. She has years of experience with joint replacements, back and neck pain, impaired balance, and general weakness. Laura is skilled in ultrasound, electrical simulation, manual therapy, and cupping techniques to assist in patients recovery. Laura is very passionate about her job and is excited to be able to help her community. She loves to help individuals improve their quality of life and succeed in their goals. 

Laura is married to Ricky Graber and has three handsome sons, Asher, Levi and Isaac, and one daughter, Emma. Laura enjoys spending time with her kids, family, and friends and being involved in her church. She enjoys reading and playing sports with her kids in her free time. 

Madeline Cropp

Physical Therapy Assistant

Madeline grew up in Loogootee, graduated from Loogootee High School and went on to pursue an associate degree in physical therapy at Vincennes University. Although her first job as a PTA was in an assisted living facility, she finds the pace and patient diversity here at Harvest Health and Rehab suits her better!


Away from work, Madeline enjoys keeping active in a variety of ways including

paddle-boarding or snowboarding depending on the season, weightlifting, and taking her sweet great Dane, named Princess Leia, on walks. As you might have guessed, Madeline is a Star Wars fan and on lazy days she loves a good comedy or horror flick and sometimes even getting lost in a good book.


Michael Duncan

Physical Therapy Assistant

Michael is a physical therapy assistant and proud native of Daviess County. He obtained his therapy license from Vincennes University. Prior to joining Harvest Health and Rehab, he found himself in a hospital setting, but now he enjoys the pace and one on one time spent with each patient in our outpatient clinic setting. Michael has always been passionate about helping others achieve their full potential and is always looking to learn and grow in his career.


When Michael is not working with patients, you can find him spending quality time with his loving wife and their two young kids, who bring joy and fulfillment to his life. As a family man and dedicated healthcare professional, he is committed to making a positive impact in his community. He aspires to empower individuals to overcome physical challenges and live their best lives. Michael looks forward to helping you achieve your goals!


Gabrielle Copeland

Occupational Therapist

Gabby is a native of Martin County and graduated from Loogootee High School in 2013. After high school, she attended Hanover College where and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in kinesiology and integrative physiology. From there, she lived in St. Louis for 2.5 years to attend Washington University where she graduated with a master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2019. Initially, most of her career was spent working with geriatrics in long-term care, but now she is excited to be at Harvest Health and Rehab.


Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time with her husband Aaron, son Caden, dog Jade, and two cats Nash and Nora. She also loves spending time outdoors, especially when the weather is warm. Cookouts, going on walks, and porch sitting are her favorites! Traveling, watching/playing sports, and trying new restaurants are among her other hobbies.


Lori Merkley

Occupational Therapist

Lori is a Dubois County native and graduated from Northeast Dubois in 2011. She then went to USI where she received her bachelor's degree in health administration and master's degree in occupational therapy. Lori has experience in healthcare management, skilled nursing facility, inpatient hospital settings and outpatient rehab. In her free time, Lori enjoys hanging out with her husband, Nathan and her son, Barrett. Lori is also a dog person and has 2 dogs, Roscoe and Odie. As a family, they enjoy going camping, boating, and spending time with their families.


Madison Wilson

Speech-Language Pathologist

Madison goes by the nickname Maddie and she grew up in Washington, IN graduating high school from WHS in 2016. Then, went on to earn her Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. She has experience in skilled nursing facilities where she had the privilege of administering cognitive-linguistic, language and swallowing therapy. Maddie also has clinical experience working in outpatient pediatric and adult clinics, elementary schools, hospitals, and tele-health. She says that she loves how her

specialty field allows her to do play-based therapy with children as well as cognitive, language, and swallowing therapy with adults.


On the road to earning her master's degree, Maddie had the opportunity to live in a variety of places. Some of those places include, Terre Haute, Costa Rica, Bloomington, and Indianapolis. She finally moved back to her hometown after marrying her high-school sweetheart, Jake. She is a proud aunt of 5 nieces and nephews and is known as the “planner” in her friend group. Maddie enjoys playing card games, eating Mexican food and sushi, as well as being outside and exploring unfamiliar places!


Tiara Kenney

Speech-Language Pathologist

Tiara graduated from Barr-Reeve High School in 2015 and went on to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Indiana State University and a graduate degree at Western Kentucky University. Tiara loves working with kids and helping them with their speech and language to express themselves, their wants, and their needs. Tiara has experience in the school, hospital, and clinical settings with speech, language, fluency, feeding/swallowing, social aspects, augmentative and alternative communication, and cognitive/neurological impairments.


Tiara currently lives in Alfordville, IN with her husband, Logan, daughter Eva, and their dog, Kia. Outside of work, Tiara loves to be outdoors doing anything such as kayaking, boating, camping, etc. She also loves spending time with family and playing any sporting activity.


Tyler Burns
Customer Service Manager

Tyler hails from the metropolis of West Terre Haute, IN. He is a graduate of West Vigo High School and went on to complete both undergraduate and graduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Indiana State University. He has spent the last 15 years as a Senior Instructor and Advisor for the university before joining Harvest Health & Rehab full time as the Customer Service Manager. 


After marrying the love of his life, Erin, they moved back to Loogootee to plant their roots and raise a family. They currently have two children, Isaac and Nora. 
In his free time he enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, cooking and generally being outside. He is an avid Harry Potter fan and enjoys learning new things about the world. Feel free to tell him your favorite bit of trivia! 


Britton Gash

Patient Care Specialist

Brittan grew up in Danville, IL and now lives in Washington with her son, Liam. She graduated from the Danville Area Community College with an Associate degree in Medical Coding in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing sports with her son and spending quality time with family.


Megan Sullivan

Patient Care Specialist

Megan was born and raised in Loogootee. She attended the University of Southern Indiana and earned a degree in Respiratory Therapy. After working in a hospital setting for 4 years in Evansville, she used her degree in the sleep lab and obtained a certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technician. Later, she went on to practice in the home health setting around the Bloomington and Paoli areas. She loves being able to talk with people and getting to know the patients. Megan and her husband reside in Loogootee with 3 young boys. In her free time, she enjoys doing projects on her craft machine and going shopping. But most of all, she just loves spending time with her family.


Ashlee Murphy
Billing Specialist

Ashlee graduated from University of Southern Indiana in 2013 with a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Wellness, and a minor in Health Promotion and Worksite Wellness. After graduation Ashlee worked at a local hospital for almost 6 years before joining the Harvest Health and Rehab team in 2019. 

 

Ashlee resides in Cannelburg, IN with her husband Louis, their daughter, Vivienne, and son, Maxsen.  In her free time, Ashlee enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. 


Kayla Tuell

Billing Specialist

Kayla graduated from Mitchell High School in 2016 and was a Lawrence County resident prior to her move to Loogootee, one year ago. She was a licensed Pharmacy Technician for five years before joining the Harvest Health & Rehab team. 

Outside of work, Kayla loves to spend time with her dogs, cats, friends, and family. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, working out at the gym, traveling, and deer hunting in the fall.

Lindsey Craney
Billing Specialist

Lindsey graduated from Pike Central High School in 2015 and was a Pike County resident until she moved to Loogootee, four years ago. Prior to joining the Harvest Health & Rehab team in 2019, she was a Pharmacy Technician for almost four years.   

 

Outside of work, Lindsey is happily married to her husband, Travis. They have one son, Beau, and two twin daughters, Brynlee and Blakely. She enjoys spending as much time as she can with her friends and family, boating, cooking, and crafting.
