Janet underwent three total joint replacement surgeries in less than a six-month time frame. She had her hip replaced, then each knee replaced. Janet had suffered from osteoarthritis for years and her joints had become bone-on-bone. The pain had become debilitating and impacted her life negatively in so many ways. We began seeing Janet two days after her right knee was replaced. The immediate start to therapy helped her recover in time for her left knee replacement, within two months after the right one. We continued to see Janet directly after her left knee replacement and while focusing on the optimal post-surgical time of recovery for her left knee, we still maintained any needed attention to her right hip and right knee to fully maximize her recovery. 👏

Janet is able to enjoy time with her family and be active on her farmland again. HHR helped her establish goals and keep her on track after each joint replacement this year.
