After her first rotator cuff surgery in 2019, Annette spent a year in therapy. But because of a new tear, she had to undergo revision surgery in 2021. Due to the complexity of the revision surgery, her progress had to be cautiously slow to avoid further damage. While a typical shoulder surgery may take up to 6 months of therapy to properly return to normal activity, Annette's fragile repair needed more attention and safe progression to regain function.
